On March 19, Yongqing Environmental Protection announced through a notice that its subsidiary PT. Dezhiqing New Energy Indonesia and PT Dexin Steel Indonesia successfully signed an "Energy Management Agreement for the Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation Project of PT Dexin Steel Indonesia." The total investment of the project is expected to reach 270 million RMB. The agreement officially takes effect from the date of signing and will remain valid for the next 15 years, or subject to adjustment of the term as agreed by both parties. According to the agreement, Indonesia Dexin Steel will voluntarily provide its site, rooftops, necessary building structures, public areas, supporting facilities, etc., in an industrial park in Indonesia for the construction and installation of the distributed photovoltaic power generation project. In addition, the company will prioritize the use of electricity generated by this project to promote the transition to green and clean energy. Yongqing Environmental Protection stated that the signing of this agreement marks an important step for the company in actively expanding the international market and implementing key customer strategies.
