In recent days, the highly anticipated China-Indonesia Economic and Trade Innovation Development Demonstration Zone Food Industrial Park (Phase I) project is advancing rapidly with high standards, strict requirements, and an international perspective.
As the flagship project of China-Indonesia "Two Countries, Twin Parks," the China-Indonesia Economic and Trade Innovation Development Demonstration Zone Food Industrial Park (Phase I) project has a total investment of 5.65 billion yuan, a total land area of 1,700.68 mu, and a total building area of 1,234,500 square meters. It plans to build industrial standardized factories, a food e-commerce center, cold storage, office buildings, as well as supporting facilities such as hospitals, schools, and park roads.
Fuqing Yuanhong Hospital is the pioneering project of the Food Industrial Park (Phase I). Currently, the underground structure construction has been completed, and the superstructure construction is underway. Project manager Lin Xiong introduced that during peak periods, over 200 construction workers and more than 10 various large machinery and equipment are deployed to accelerate construction. The project is expected to be delivered and put into use in December 2025.
It is reported that the Food Industrial Park (Phase I) project will focus on cultivating a distinctive green food industrial park, enhancing the park's functional capabilities. At the same time, it will attract leading domestic and international enterprises, providing a platform for upstream and downstream related industries to drive cluster development.
