Star Mela is headquartered in Singapore and has developed large-scale O2O trade malls in 9 Asian countries, along with supporting services. As of last year, total land reserves were approximately 1.5 million square meters, with planned construction area reaching about 3 million square meters. Liansu Group was established in 1986, and its subsidiary brand Star Mela was founded in 2017. China Liansu Group is a large domestic building materials and home furnishing industrial group, with businesses covering pipes, building materials and home furnishing, environmental protection, new energy, supply chain service platforms, and other sectors. Star Mela is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Liansu, headquartered in Singapore, developing and operating large-scale trade malls. In Indonesia, Star Mela has developed properties including malls, warehouses, food streets, hotels, apartments, and office buildings. Among them, apartments & office buildings will be completed and delivered in 2025, while hotels & shopping malls are under planning. With trade malls as the core and supporting services, it helps Chinese merchants establish overseas to build Asia.
