China continues to be the second largest source of foreign investment for Indonesia. Nuru said that Chinese investors always propose mature investment plans and focus on efficiency, enabling them to implement plans in a relatively short time. He believes that many Chinese investment projects are located in relatively underdeveloped eastern Indonesia, which helps Indonesia promote balanced regional development. Nuru expressed confidence that China's investment in Indonesia will further increase in 2024.
