Smartpolitan is situated in the Subang area of the Jakarta-Bandung industrial corridor, developed by Surya Cipta. It is approximately 100 kilometers east of Jakarta, 55 kilometers from Patimban Port, and 80 kilometers from Kertajati International Airport. Land delivery from the developer to BYD is expected in August 2024, with construction to begin immediately and production to commence in January 2026.
