During a meeting held in Jakarta, Song Hailiang of China Energy Engineering Corporation (CEEC) and Darmawan of Indonesia's State Electricity Company (PLN) had a fruitful dialogue. The two sides discussed strategies to strengthen green and low-carbon energy cooperation and promote the clean development of Indonesia's energy industry.
Song Hailiang expressed gratitude for PLN's continued support and introduced CEEC's ongoing "Four Transformations" and "Three-ization" internationalization strategy. He emphasized the deep cooperative foundation and shared development goals between China and Indonesia in the energy sector, proposing further cooperation in areas such as new energy and smart grids, and jointly developing demonstration projects.
Darmawan recognized CEEC's professional technology and experience, and expressed PLN's proactive stance in energy transition. He is optimistic about the cooperation prospects between the two sides in the new energy field and is willing to work with CEEC to build a new energy industrial park and accelerate the development of green energy projects.
The intention for cooperation between the two sides was further consolidated, followed by the signing of a memorandum of understanding for the integrated comprehensive energy project in the industrial park. The meeting was also attended by senior executives and representatives of both companies.
