Jingang Holding Group successfully delivered over 600 tons of customized TDX51D+ZM (100g) substrate and SMP Wine Red RAL3005 color-coated products for an Indonesian client by the end of March 2026, injecting high-quality Chinese steel manufacturing solutions into the Southeast Asian market.
This cross-border collaboration began with an urgent order placed before the Chinese New Year. The Indonesian client set extremely high product quality requirements: not only did the products need to be suitable for Indonesia's tropical high-humidity climate, but stringent and precise standards were also set for key indicators such as coating uniformity and weather resistance. Furthermore, the client explicitly required that all goods be delivered before the end of March, and by the time Jingang Group received the request, it was already close to the Chinese New Year, with upstream paint suppliers having stopped accepting orders due to holiday schedules, making production and delivery extremely tight.
Facing the multiple challenges of tight schedule, high standards, and supply chain constraints, the company quickly activated an emergency coordination mechanism, coordinating production plans in advance domestically, stocking up on raw materials, completing process parameter adjustments, and launching a full-line relay effort.
Given Indonesia's tropical high-humidity environment, which differs from the temperature and humidity conditions in domestic production workshops, there was a risk of slight deviations in paint color values – although such deviations are imperceptible to the naked eye, they still could not meet the client's stringent standards. To address this, the technical team promptly optimized and adjusted the coating formula, undergoing multiple rounds of repeated testing and modifications; production operators strictly controlled coating thickness and uniformity to ensure every indicator was precisely met.
Final test results showed that the product coating was uniform and dense, with all performance indicators such as weather resistance and corrosion resistance meeting requirements, passing all client inspection criteria on the first attempt.
Prior to this, Jingang Group had successfully expanded into the Middle East and Central Asian markets, securing orders for zinc-aluminum-magnesium steel coils from Saudi Arabia and shipping color-coated products to Almaty, Kazakhstan. This successful entry into the Indonesian market through customized products not only further improved the group's overseas layout but also laid a solid foundation for its continued deep engagement in Southeast Asia and enhanced regional market influence.
