On July 25, starting from Jakarta, after a 1-hour flight, Mr. Wang landed in Semarang, the core city of the Central Java industrial belt, and then after another 1-hour drive, arrived at the Batang Wanxinda Industrial Park, 60 kilometers west of Semarang. The planned total area of the Batang Industrial Park is 4,300 hectares. After the Indonesian government initiated construction in 2021, it became the Indonesian partner park of the China-Indonesia Two Countries, Twin Parks project that same year. In 2023, Dr. Chen Riling, founder of the Wanxinda Group, came to Indonesia. After driving a total of 50,000 kilometers for site inspections, he was attracted by the park's convenient transportation, complete supporting facilities, and the competitive advantages of labor and land costs in Central Java, finally settling in the Batang park. The first phase covers an area of 200 hectares for the construction of the Batang Wanxinda Industrial Park.

The Central Java industrial belt where this park is located is highly suitable for industries such as textiles, apparel, luggage, shoes, toys, building materials, and new energy electric vehicles. To better assist enterprises in setting up, Wanxinda has pioneered a self-built factory model in Indonesia, which not only shortens the lead time for enterprises but also offers flexible rent-purchase combination options, reducing the financial pressure on enterprises. The park's factory buildings are mainly divided into light industrial and equipment types, with lease terms typically ranging from 5, 10, and 20 years.
