Indika Energy, a leading energy and infrastructure company in Indonesia, recently visited the Sany Intelligent Connected Heavy Truck Industrial Park, where both parties signed a contract for the procurement of 150 Sany electric heavy trucks and established a strategic partnership. The signing ceremony was attended by the management of Indika Energy Group, representatives of its subsidiary INVI, the chairman of Sany Heavy Truck, and the head of overseas marketing. Indika Energy is a leading local energy and infrastructure group in Indonesia, which has been fully implementing its green transformation plan in recent years, continuously increasing investment in new energy transportation, green mining, and related industries. Its subsidiary INVI undertakes the group's mine transportation and new energy implementation tasks, playing a key bridging role in this cooperation. Heavy-load mine transportation imposes strict requirements on vehicle reliability and operating costs. Sany electric heavy trucks, leveraging mature new energy technology, stable product performance, and outstanding cost-reduction advantages, combined with excellent market reputation accumulated in the Indonesian market, have won the group's procurement approval. This order of 150 vehicles is one of the largest new energy mining procurement projects for Sany electric heavy trucks since entering Indonesia, and it also pushes the green mine transportation cooperation between the two parties to a deeper stage. The order also reflects Sany Heavy Truck's deep cultivation of the Indonesian market, with the company's expansion pace accelerating in the local market. In May this year, Sany completed a batch delivery of heavy trucks to another large local energy company, and field trial projects in various mining areas have achieved good results, forming a positive market demonstration. Field operational data fully demonstrate the core competitiveness of the product. In extreme heavy-load mining conditions with a total vehicle and cargo weight of 220 to 225 tons, Sany electric heavy trucks can help customers reduce single-vehicle operating costs by 40% to 65%, directly addressing the industry shortcomings of traditional fuel mining trucks, such as high energy consumption and high operating costs. The solid field test results and batch orders prove that Sany electric heavy trucks have achieved commercialization in overseas high-end markets, and the product model is replicable for external expansion. Riding on the global mining green transformation trend and relying on excellent product data and consecutive large batch orders, Sany Heavy Truck's overseas expansion is entering an acceleration phase. Going forward, the company will continue to rely on technological innovation to help global mines achieve green upgrades, and leverage product advantages to create long-term economic benefits for global partners.
